HYDROLYZED WHEY PROTEIN OVERNIGHT OATS Recipe

This hydrolyzed whey protein overnight oats recipe is the perfect way to start your morning. Featuring gluten-free oats, chia seeds, almond milk, and greek yogurt, this is a filling, protein-packed breakfast. Oh, and did we forget something? INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup gluten-free oats

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • ½ cup almond or nut milk of choice

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 scoop Hydrolyzed ISO-Whey Protein in Chocolate or Caramel Macchiato flavor.

  • Berries, nuts, and seeds of choice

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients into a mason jar

  2. Whisk or mix with a fork 

  3. Add toppings and store in fridge for at least 4 hours to overnight

  4. Top with Berries, nuts, and seeds of choice and enjoy!
