Carrot Cake Protein Balls Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almonds or walnuts

  • 1 cup shredded carrots

  • 16-18 Medjool dates (chopped)

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 scoops DFS Vanilla Grass-Fed Protein Powder

  • Shredded coconut (for rolling)

Instructions: 

  1. Combine nuts, carrots, dates, and vanilla in a food processor. 

  2. Add protein powder and pulse until a dough forms. 

  3. Roll into balls, coat in coconut, and refrigerate.
