This quick recipe combines Collagen Complex™ and Hydration Complex with real fruit to support joint health, skin elasticity, and cellular hydrate—all in one delicious, sport-friendly bite. Perfect for post-workout recovery or a midday performance boost.

Ingredients:

(Yields ~50 gummies)

  • 1 cup 100% fruit juice (e.g., tart cherry, watermelon, or pomegranate)

  • 2 tablespoons Collagen ComplexTM

  • 1 tablespoon Hydration Complex

  • 3 tablespoons grass-fed beef gelatin or gelatin of choice 

  • 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

  • 1/4 cup water (for blooming gelatin)

Directions:

  1. Bloom the Gelatin: In a small bowl, sprinkle the beef gelatin over 1/4 cup of cold water. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes to allow the gelatin to absorb the water and swell.

  2. Heat the Juice: In a saucepan, gently heat the fruit juice over low heat until it's warm but not boiling.

  3. Combine Ingredients: Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm juice, stirring continuously until the gelatin is fully dissolved. Then, whisk in Collagen Complex™ and Hydration Complex. Add honey or maple syrup to sweeten (optional).

  4. Mold the Gummies: Pour the mixture into silicone gummy molds or a shallow dish lined with parchment paper.

  5. Set the Gummies: Place the molds or dish in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until the gummies are firm.

  6. Unmold and Store: Once set, remove the gummies from the molds or cut them into bite-sized pieces if using a dish. 

  7. Store the gummies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
