Grass-Fed Beef Protein Ice Cream Recipe

Who says ice cream can’t be nourishing? This creamy protein ice cream is made with coconut milk, grass-fed beef protein powder, and a touch of cacao for rich chocolate flavor. It’s a simple, feel-good way to enjoy a frozen treat—no guilt required.

  1. Blend ice first (3-4 ice cubes) 

  2. Add ¼ cup water/coconut milk/milk of choice 

  3. Add 2 scoops Beef Protein (Chocolate or Vanilla) 

  4. Re-blend 

  5. Freeze for 30 minutes to one hour

Optional

  • 1 tbsp organic cacao powder to the blender for an extra chocolatey flavor.

  • Top with nuts, cacao nibs or berries of your choice

Makes 1 serving. Adjust accordingly.
