INGREDIENTS:

1 scoop Grass-Fed Beef Protein (Vanilla). Adjust if needed to reach a thick pourable consistency

1 banana

½ cup coconut flour or almond flour

2 whole large eggs

½ tbsp baking soda

½ tbsp baking powder

Optional add ins: cocoa powder, cinnamon, nutmeg or liquid stevia
DIRECTIONS:

Add banana, coconut flour (or almond flour), eggs, baking soda and baking powder into a blender or food processor. Mix on high until smooth. Add Grass-Fed Beef Protein and pulse 2-3 times, until incorporated.

Preheat frying pan on medium heat. Add a small dollop or butter or coconut oil. Scoop ¼ cup of batter in small batches on the pan and fry until bubbles form (approx. 2-3 minutes). Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
