Ben Prentiss
ABOUT BEN
Ben Prentiss is known for creating the most popular off-season training destination in the country. With over 25 years of experience in the strength and conditioning industry, his resume boasts the names of winners across many sports and disciplines with a specialization in hockey players. Training athletes across all 31 NHL teams, seven Stanley Cup winners and seven Olympians across four different sports. Ben’s approach allows for improved strength, speed, body composition and recovery in players in only one off-season.

Jon McDowell is a former NCAA Division 1, All American Track and Field athlete with sixteen years of coaching under his belt. Qualifying for Olympic Trials at the height of his athletic career, Jon knows what it takes to compete at the highest level and the training required to get there. Co-owner of VIVE Personal Training in Dallas, TX, Jon has had the privilege of coaching world medalists, youth national record holders, national champions and twenty youth All-Americans. Jon strives for perfection in all assets of his life and his business. He is best known for his research and practical application of barefoot training and its correlation to increased speed and velocity in track athletes. As well as his group training model that maximizes gym space, profit, client results and retention rates.
